County Executive Joanie Mahoney Extends Beach Hours

Due to the high temperature and humidity, Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney is pleased to announce that Jamesville Beach and Oneida Shores will be open Wednesday June 20 and Thursday June 21 until 8:00pm.
“Extremely hot weather is forecasted for the next few days and we want everyone to have the chance to stay cool at Oneida Shores and Jamesville Beach,” said County Executive Joanie Mahoney. “These two beaches along with our other great county parks offer ways for everyone to get out and enjoy the summer weather we all appreciate.”
Regular weekend hours for Jamesville Beach and Oneida Shores 11am-6pm Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Regular weekday hours Monday through Thursday are 12pm-6pm.
