Alliance Bank Stadium transformation to Grass Playing Surface
- Demolition work began September 4, 2007
- Initial completion by December 1, 2007
- Opening Day April 3, 2008

The project included:
- Removal and recycling of existing 125,000 square feet of artificial turf
- Removing (by milling) 14,000 square yards asphalt base which will be re-used by County Highway Department
- Reshaping existing porous aggregate and adjusting subgrade to serve new grass field
- Verifying existing underdrainage and installing supplemental as necessary
- Installing new irrigation system
- Relocating left field fence…dimensions will increase by approximately 25 feet
- Relocating bullpens from outside of field to 1st and 3rd baseline locations
- Installing 2" thick intermediate drainage layer
- Installing 8" thick Root Zone Mix
- Installing 107,000 square feet sod
- Installing infield and warning track
