Monday Mile Program
The Monday Mile program is a way to get active in Central New York. Across Onondaga County, there are a variety of one-mile trails that you can walk, jog, roll or stroll. Simply find a route and get moving. Click here for more information.
Passport to Family Wellness
This program has been discontinued. Visitors are welcome to utilize the passport books as trail guides but please note, we are no longer offering prizes for completion. In addition, trail posts/markers may no longer be in the locations indicated on the maps.
As part of Wegmans commitment to help local residents improve their lives through health and wellness activities they created the popular Eat Well, Live Well Passport to Family Wellness program.
The "Passports" offer a fun "out of the box" idea—designed to encourage exploration of local park trails. The pocket-sized trail "passport" includes easy-to-read maps & trail descriptions.
